1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Curvly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Curvly is a photo editing application that allows users to draw freehand paths on photos and place text along those paths. The App provides font selection, color customization, multi-layer editing, and image export features.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and text content you create using the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. Free and Pro Versions

The free version of Curvly includes a watermark on exported images. A Pro version may be offered via in-app purchase to remove the watermark and unlock additional features. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Definitely Human. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Definitely Human shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
