1. The service
Community Art ("the App") is made by Definitely Human. It lets you share photos anonymously and lets other users create AI edits of them from text prompts, vote on them and comment on them.
By using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
You must not upload photos, write requests, prompts or comments, or create edits that contain nudity or sexual content, violence or gore, hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, self-harm, illegal activity, or other people's personal information.
Content that sexualizes or harms minors in any way is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities. We remove offending content and ban offending accounts, without refund of remaining credits.
3. Your photos
Only upload photos you own or have permission to share, and don't upload photos of other people without their consent, or of minors.
By uploading, you allow other users to view your photo and create edits of it inside the App, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process and display the photo and its edits to operate the service. Location and other metadata are removed on upload.
4. AI edits
Edits are generated automatically by AI models and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Don't use them to mislead, defame or impersonate anyone.
Edits that others create of your photo stay visible to the community. If you ask to delete a photo others have already edited, we review the request, because those people spent credits on their edits. Edits you create are visible to everyone with your username, and you can delete them at any time.
5. Reporting and blocking
You can report any photo, edit, comment or user, and block users. We review reports within 24 hours and act on content that breaks these terms. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically until it is reviewed.
6. Credits
AI edits use credits. New users receive free credits once; more credits are sold as consumable in-app purchases through the App Store. There is no subscription.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire. Credits spent on edits that fail or are blocked by our safety checks are returned automatically. Refunds of purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.
7. Accounts
Your account is anonymous and identified by a generated username. If you don't link an Apple ID, deleting the App may permanently lose your credits and content. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the App.
8. Changes to the App and these terms
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms when the App changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
